Account Manager (Los Angeles)

Job Description
Each new restaurant that joins All Day is a critical contributor to the Company’s growth. As an account manager, you are the face of All Day to our restaurant community and serve as their trusted partner. You will be the central point of contact for a portfolio of restaurants and charged with driving their growth, satisfaction, and retention. You will also serve as their primary guide in navigating the ins-and-outs of the All Day platform, which is critical to the success and longevity of our partnerships.
About the Role
- Identify, evaluate, and document the key levers for same-store sales growth for restaurant partners on the platform
- Build the high level growth strategy with each restaurant partner, and work closely with them and internal cross-functional teams to execute on the strategy
- Develop a robust understanding of the All Day business model, as well as internal processes, to enable yourself to be an effective advisor to each restaurant partner
- Work closely with operations and culinary teams to drive continuous improvement of partners’ culinary offerings
- Engage with restaurant owners every day, build deep relationships, and partner with them to help them grow their businesses
Requirements
- A growth driven mindset and a strong bias towards action
- Strong organizational amp; project management skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of business functions
- Comfortable with data analytics; specifically synthesizing data into clear and actionable insights
- High emotional intelligence, and the ability to understand restaurant partner needs and deliver on them with actionable recommendations
