Job Description

The Training Coordinator updates and organizes company-training programs for personnel. The role also prepares, monitors, evaluates, and documents training activities and provides overall support to the training department.

  • Manage multiple channel and organization training calendars
  • Process all training requests (ex. external from ATamp;T; DIRECTV, internal from DSI) immediately getting them on the appropriate calendar once received
  • Provide calendar reporting and printouts for management
  • Strategize, plan, and map out training plans/schedules for trainers
  • Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and deadlines are met
  • Track and report on training outcomes
  • Create and manage Zoom webinars, recordings, and track attendance
  • Compile and archive course evaluation data and supporting materials for all training events.
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management
  • Monitor and keep Field Sales Representative tool kit up-to-date
  • Suggest, develop, track and traffic training aids from start to completion to delivery
  • Create and manage Dropbox users, folders, and content
  • Create forms/documents/guides for training in general
  • Ensure trainers have all materials needed for training events (ex. brochures, handouts, evaluations, participant guides, etc.)
  • Ensure RMs/FSRs have all materials needed for field events (trainings, table days, morning huddles, off-campus meetings (ex. event kits, brochures, acrylic stands, etc.)
  • Manage logistics of training events
  • Assist field support with internal requests
  • Manage internal training processes
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on training content and delivery
  • Assist with new hire onboarding efforts, logistics, planning, execution
  • Research and evaluate training software
  • Provide support to trainers and management as needed
  • Assist in managing software applications/packages such as Flow, Slack, Yapp, Talent, and others as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned
