RTM Business Group is a C-Level, professional development conference company, specializing in K-12 Education, Higher Education, Government Tech and Healthcare. We work with a rolodex of partners who are household names: Google Education, Spotify, Intel, and HP, to name a few!
At the beginning of 2020, in-person events were shut down and RTM was one of very few companies that was able to successfully pivot into a virtual offering providing tangible value for our clients. As a result, we experienced record-breaking revenue growth in 2021 and 2022, and are excited to continue that growth into 2023.

About the Role
RTM is looking for a Recruiting and HR Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate is excited by being a part of a fast growing team and learning about recruiting/retention strategies while gaining on the job experience. Your focus will be in managing the interview process, working on initiatives to attract new talent to the organization and supporting the continued development of the hiring process. You should be an enthusiastic, fast learner and excited to meet new people.
This role reports directly into the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention, and will be collaborative at times cross-departmentally.
This is a Hybrid/Remote part time role in NY, NJ and CT with a minimum of 2 days per week in office at the Company’s NYC headquarters.
Ability for a full-time role.
