WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN MAKE

We’re looking for someone who is really excited about harnessing the capacities of hospitality tech to do nothing less than redefine what it means to be a guest.

Reporting into our Director of People, our Senior Recruiter will be responsible for running end-to-end recruiting processes for a wide variety of roles including but not limited to Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations. Our ideal candidate has experience building from the ground up and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will not only ensure an excellent candidate experience, but you will also create deep relationships with hiring managers and become an expert on their hiring needs. You will have the ability to make a massive impact on the growth and culture of our organization.

We are looking for someone that is located near or in NYC and will be available to come into our office 2-3X times per week (we currently do not have an office but it will be opening soon!)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition (with 2-3 of those years at an early stage start-up recruiting across different departments.) Experience at a consumer focused company is a bonus.
  • Experience managing the entire recruiting process for a variety of roles - including sourcing, reviewing inbound applications, screening, interviewing, soliciting feedback, managing candidates, and coordinating offers
  • Ability to develop deep relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, as well as working with them to create efficient interview processes, scorecards/interview kits, and interview training
  • Excited about creating an unmatched and thoughtful candidate experience - you will guide them through the interview process and ensure they are kept up to date on their candidacy
  • Proven organizational skills - you are an expert multi tasker and can balance multiple priorities
  • Interest in learning and recruiting for new roles, and are not afraid to enter unknown territory. Our wonderful team of hiring managers will guide you as you grow and learn with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit our tools and processes to ensure we are using best practices within our ATS and are keeping candidates organized for future open roles
  • Work with hiring managers and People team to determine benchmarking and equitable salary bands - you are not afraid to give your input and share market knowledge
  • Ensure that we are building a diverse workforce - you will be a big part of our DEI efforts
  • Move quickly! We are a fast paced environment - and we realize timing is everything when hiring great talent
  • First point of contact and day-to-day management of recruiting agencies that we may bring on (when needed)

The base salary for this role will range from $115,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
